                    My thoughts on education

1 what is your philosophy of education?what advice would you offer teachers whom you are supervising?
Answer:
*My philosophy of teaching or education is that teacher has to become a friend of student not a dictator of class room.
 *I would offer an advice to teachers to work friendly and to mix life values with education.

2 What according to you are the skills that children of today's generation need to learn?
Answer:
Proper knowledge of use of technology to improve the quality of life.Proper knowledge of Yoga meditation and Spirituality to improve own and social health.Proper knowledge of subject not just memorize it.How to remain for from addiction of tobacco wine etc.

3 What qualities are you looking for in a teacher when you do a walk-through or formal observation?
Answer:
*How much the teacher is personally creative?
*How many activities does he do in classroom?
*How many books does he read?
*Whether the teacher is happy and enthusiastic or not?
*Whether he himself is connected with any social or spiritual
   activities or not?

4 How would you describe classroom management style? Answer:
*There should be many pictures,charts and scientific
  tolls in classroom.
*Small groups should be formed and to assign them
  different responsibilities.
*Student should also get a chance of teaching frequently.
   It is very good for their own development.
*Mechanical homework (copy paste) should not be there.
  Complaint box should be there in classroom.

5 What is your definition regarding an ideal school?
Answer:
*There should be spiritual education in the school.
*There should not be only bookish knowledge but
   life oriented skills in the school.
*There should be those teachers who have their
  own achievements in life regarding to education.
*Good teachers is the first requirement of school.

6 For imparting value education what steps will you take?
Answer:
*Meditation or spiritual education should be placed
   in the school schedule.
*Training for meditation for staff and students both.
*Lectures of famous people in science,literature,philosophy.
*Tour of the educational places and cultural ceremonies.
*To make a program to make students read books.
   Books are very essential to develop values in children.

7 Regarding an overall development of the students,
    what activities should be conducted?
Answer:
*Sports activities.
*Music and art activities.
*Reading activity.
*Laboratory science in school.
*Training of life skills.
*Lectures of different authors,poets and scientists.
